ENGLISH IV

English IV, British Literature, is a course designed to help students explore language arts skills with a focus on literature from the UK. Students will read texts spanning 1600 years, reading Anglo-Saxon and Contemporary literature. As seniors, students will also prepare for a lifetime of learning beyond high school, making connections between life and literature and studying/preparing for writing in college or the workplace.
FALL 2021: Due to the nature of the pandemic, some of the units may be moved, re-ordered, or omitted. This website intends to provide a general overview of what may be covered in English IV, but please keep in mind that this semester will be more flexible. Visit the English IV Syllabus! |
